Jennie and Simon Furnival opened Napley Lodge Farm Day Nursery in the September 2005. Simon runs the family dairy farm and Jennie, a Qualified Primary School Teacher, manages the day-to-day running of the Nursery and Out Of Schools alongside Cheryl the nursery manager and an experienced senior team. The couple were inspired to open the nursery when they struggled to find local, high quality, flexible childcare for their three children when Jennie returned to a teaching post following maternity leave.

Sophie has been part of the Napley family since May 2017 where she came as an apprentice, since she has gained her Level 2 & 3 qualification in Children’s & Young People’s Workforce
Sophie is room leader within the Piggies room. Whilst also acting manager whilst the manger if off sick with a short term illness. Paediatric First Aider

Abbie has been at Napley since October 2020, since Abbie has gained her Level 3 in Children’s and Young People’s Workforce. She is currently working within our Pre school room and is Room Leader within this room. Abbie is also currently acting deputy manger.

Emily has been at Napley since June 2021. She currently works within the Baby room and holds a Level 3 extended diploma in Children’s Play and Learning and Development. Emily is room leader within the Baby room.
